Daping Fan
Daping Fan (MD, PhD) is the Founder & CEO of AcePre LLC. He founded AcePre in order to translate the scientific discoveries and technology innovations made in his own and colleagues’ laboratories into clinical applications to serve patients. He was trained in clinical medicine, molecular and cell biology, biochemistry, and immunology. He is also a professor at University of South Carolina School of Medicine. His research interests include inflammation, cardiovascular disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, and muscle wasting diseases. AcePre LLC is dedicated to developing novel therapies for these conditions and diseases. Dr. Fan has published over 140 manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals with an H-index of 50.
